Training and Certification

Currently StaffMarket does not offer a formal training to our member brokers. However we will continually assess the demand for such a program.

Certification

While no formal certification programs exist in the PEO brokerage industry today, we will be reviewing the necessity for a program in 2004. StaffMarket believes that a formal certification program for PEO brokers is a good idea and supports legislative efforts to require certification for PEO brokers. Because many components of the PEO value proposition contain insurance related products, certification similar to the insurance industry would add benefit to the PEO brokerage industry. State regulators and other interested parties are invited to contact us about assistance with establishment of certification programs for their state.
