Request for Proposal (RFP) Process

Our process quickly targets the best PEOs for each account and then secures contracts from each PEO that obligate and ensure the commissions. No PEO can review any contact data for any RFP until a contract is signed and submitted to StaffMarket. Once a contract is submitted (with deal specific commission obligations) from the PEO more client specific information is made available to the PEO.

Dedicated Broker Web Site

StaffMarket brokers have their own access information at StaffMarket that provides real-time online access to all deal status information for every deal they are working. Each step of the process also has email notification to all parties involved. Each StaffMarket broker has access to their own deal “Dashboard” that allows them to see at a glance which PEOs are pursuing their accounts and full contact information for each PEO. Of course StaffMarket members are always available by email and phone to assist with the process if necessary. Interested parties are invited to call StaffMarket for a demonstration.
