Chris Dodson
Chris joined StaffMarket in March of 2004 as the
national Director of Broker relationships. Chris
coordinates StaffMarket's national network of PEO
brokers and manages all of StaffMarket's insurance
agency relationships. Chris has over 7 years
experience in the Professional Employer Organization
industry working for Total Employment Company, Eclipse
Inc. and most recently he managed broker relationships
for The Cura Group.

Matt Swezey
Since opening our doors in
May 2000, Matt has assisted over 3500 business
owners and managers evaluate Employee Leasing and
PEO solutions for their company. Matt
managed the national expansion efforts at Staff Leasing
(now Gevity HR) and is considered an industry expert on
the Employee Leasing marketplace and PEO pricing. Matt's
background in PEO consulting and financial analysis
provides prospective PEO customers with access to the
industry's top analyst. Matt holds a BS and
MBA from the University of Florida.

Jim Hamilton
Jim was formerly
the Information Systems director at Staff Leasing (now
Gevity HR), the nation's largest employee leasing
company with over 130,000 employees. Under his
direction, Staff Leasing (now Gevity
HR) implemented the nation's largest Oracle
HRMS/Payroll installation. In addition, he was
instrumental in the development of the Gevity HR
StaffWeb product, which was recognized by the
Smithsonian Institution for technical innovation. His
years of management experience building information
systems for The Boeing Company, Ryder System and Staff
Leasing are now being put to work making StaffMarket the
premier marketplace for buyers and sellers of PEO
services. Jim holds a BS from Purdue
University.

Hamilton
Since the
inception of the StaffMarket, Kim has been
instrumental to the development of our internal
processes and controls. She manages the accounting
department in addition to customer service functions and
the daily operations of the back
office. She previously had a decade of
experience as a cost savings analyst for The
Boeing Company. She holds an AA in Business
Management from the Wichita Business College.
