Experienced brokers know that tracking commissions can be a time-consuming chore. Multiple accounts, multiple PEOs, varying commission schedules, fluctuating employee counts…. With so many variables in play, accurately tracking commission obligations from PEOs requires a well designed system and a dedicated staff. StaffMarket has custom built our own billing system that tracks all of these variables and ensures accurate invoicing and commissions tracking. Each month StaffMarket PEO brokers get a single check and a single statement that clearly shows all of their accounts and the basis for all commissions due. Don’t try this at home!

Late Payments from PEOs

All StaffMarket PEOs are obligated to make payments to StaffMarket and our brokers within 30 days of the month end. PEOs who fail to make timely payments immediately have their account privileges suspended and cannot access new prospects at our web site until their account is current. In our experience this quickly results in commission being received. This is leverage that most independent PEO brokers do not have since they do not provide hundreds of leads to the PEO industry monthly. StaffMarket PEO brokers have payment leverage.

Ceased Payments from a PEO

In the unfortunate event that a PEO were to stop paying their obligated commissions (an event that has never happened at StaffMarket) we will use every legal remedy available to enforce our contracts and protect our broker’s commissions.
